Are your rates all inclusive (tolls, baggage, etc.)?
Yes. We quote an all-inclusive flat rate for the ride up front based on the estimated mileage and time of the trip. The rate includes travel for up to 4 passengers and their luggage (up to vehicle capacity).
A gratuity for the driver for good service is encouraged, but is at the discretion of the rider(s).
Do you allow smoking in your vehicles?
All vehicles are strictly NON-SMOKING and NON-VAPING. A Client smoking in a vehicle will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $150.00 plus the cost of repairs for any damage related to smoking.
What happens if I have an airport pickup and my flight is delayed?
We require flight information when making a reservation for airport service so that we can closely monitor all flights arriving at the airports and provide you a seamless pickup. As the estimated arrival time for your flight approaches, we react to delays (or early arrivals) and instruct our drivers accordingly. You do not need to call us if your flight is delayed.
For an hourly reservation, is there a minimum number of hours required?
Yes. Hourly reservations require a 3 hour minimum.
Are you open on holidays?
Yes. LuxRideFlorida operates 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year. Holidays tend to book up quickly, so we suggest booking at least a week in advance.
Can you supply a child seat if needed?
Indicate you require a child seat on the reservation request form or when speaking to a reservation agent and we will make sure your car is equipped with one. Your quoted price will reflect this request.
How do I cancel or change a reservation?
Cancellations and changes are accepted by phone only.
What credit cards/forms of payment do you accept?
We accept any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. We also accept Zelle and Venmo.
Do you allow service animals?
Yes. Service animals are allowed to ride with passengers. Please identify if you will be travelling with a service animal when booking your reservation.
We try to accomodate transporting pets (non-service animals) if the request is reasonable and the animals are in proper carriers. Please note your desire to transport a pet when making your reservation.
